Vocals are the main problem. They are going over the song as hell. But guitar just great and lyrics funny enough.

...and very sad song. It brought me something to think about. It's allmost as good as it can be, but still, you need to do some more post-effects. Echo will help. Maybe reverb.

Well, as first attempt it's nice, but you need to improve your skills at beat, solo line, bass, at all of them. Keep trying.
